Bill Schlies is the Co-Founder of Be Like Bill. As an Everyday Hero, he wants to emphasize the importance of stopping and helping others when needed because it can make a generational impact!

Career

Bill is the vice president and operating partner of Schroer Service System, Inc., DBA Jani-King of Indianapolis. 

Before purchasing Jani-King of Indianapolis, Bill was the director of sales for Synergy Franchising in Raleigh, N.C. 

Family

Bill lives in Carmel, Indiana, with his wife Jill, and their two children, Mike and Katy. 

He loves spending time with friends, family, and Stanley, their Golden Retriever. Bill also enjoys sports, grilling, and spending time outdoors.
